🎄 Zavendria Holiday Lipstick Event – Terms & Conditions 🎄

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participants must reside in a country where online giveaways are legally permitted. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Zavendria and its parent company Buggs & Buggs Holdings, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Each participant is limited to one (1) prize win throughout the duration of this giveaway. If an individual is randomly selected more than once, only the first valid win will be honored.

2. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must complete the Sign Up form available on the event page between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

By submitting your entry, you may also consent to receive marketing communications from Zavendria, including email and SMS messages. You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in emails or replying “STOP” to text messages.

3. Giveaway Details

• Each eligible entrant will be automatically entered into a random drawing.
• One (1) winner will receive a free Signature Lipstick or Liquid Lipstick from Zavendria.
• Winners will be notified via the email or SMS number used to sign up.
• Failure to checkout using your 100% discount code sent to your email/phone number or respond within 7 calendar days and supply a valid shipping address and your specific choice of lipstick may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4. Prizes

The giveaway prize consists of one (1) Zavendria Signature Lipstick or one (1) Zavendria Liquid Lipstick. No cash or other prize substitutions will be offered. Zavendria reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Event Duration

The Holiday Lipstick Event Giveaway runs from November 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random using automated drawing software.
• Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided during sign-up.
